Word Valley default delivery time limit of 7 working days (except for goods purchased on behalf of overseas), the merchant must send you the font file, issue a letter of authorization, invoice, etc. within the specified time limit; if the merchant does not ship overtime you can apply for after-sales, belonging to the merchant violation, the platform will order the merchant to ship immediately, if the merchant has joined the "performance guarantee plan If the merchant has joined the "Performance Guarantee Plan", then you can get 5% of the order amount and not more than 100 yuan performance guarantee.


  3. If you purchase fonts suspected of counterfeit brands or infringement, you can complain to the platform, the platform review or is indeed a merchant violation, the platform will cancel the order for you and immediately take down the corresponding goods.


  4. If the order has generated a refund, will be returned in accordance with your original payment method.
