Please read this EULA before you install the font software. If you cannot agree any this EULA, please return the font software to the retailer where you get the software to be refund the money you paid.

Grant of license
During the terms of this EULA, TypeBank Co., Ltd. hereby grant to you a license to install the font software (the Font) on a single computer and use it in connection with other application software for documentation only for your own customary business or personal purpose. Despite above, all the intellectual property rights in the Font shall be owned by TypeBank Co., Ltd. The license does not include the rights to use any of the trademarks, service marks or company logos of TypeBank Co., Ltd.

Restrictions You shall not do any of the following;
To retrieve the glyph information from the Font in order to have another party use it,
To alter, modify and/or duplicate the Font,
To create a new font or a typeface using the Font as a reference,
To reverse assemble, reverse compile, recreate and/or merge the Font, and To use the Font in any manner described in 1.1 above

Transfer of the license
You shall not transfer the rights granted herein to another party without written permission of Typebank Co., Ltd. You shall not sublicense, rent or lease the Font.

Limited Warranty
Warranty details and limitations for the hardware containing the Software are described in the Statement of Limited Warranty which was supplied with the hardware. With the exception of the foregoing express warranties applicable to hardware and media only, the Software is not warranted and is provided AS IS SUCH WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMTIED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TYPEBANK CO., LTD. , SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING TO OR THAT RESULT FROM USE OR INABLITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY YOU BASED ON A THIRD PARTY CLAIM.

Governing law
This entrance, enforcement and construction of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Term This Agreement shall start when you open the security seal of the package of the Font or download the Font based on the purchase conditions of the online sales. Termination TypeBank has a right to terminate this Agreement at any time when it found your clear breach of this Agreement and to cancel all the license granted to you. Upon termination, you shall destroy all the copies of the font.
