PRSENCE TYPO End User Licence Agreement
Installation and use of this software constitutes acceptance of the terms of this license agreement.
GRANT OF LICENSE
PrsenceTypo grants to the purchaser of this typeface package, a perpetual Non Exclusive License to install and use this font software (Software) on a maximum number workstations (located at one site) equal to the number of users for which the font package was purchased as indicated in the applicable receipt. PrsenceTypo reserves all rights not expressly granted to the purchaser in this agreement. Additional workstations & sites can be added at any time by contacting PrsenceTypo.
COPYRIGHT
The Software is the property of PrsenceTypo and is protected by national copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Where applicable, both the font software code and the type design described therein are protected by copyright law. Any unauthorised copying, distribution or lending is strictly prohibited. The purchaser may make one copy of the Software for back-up purposes for its use with the authorized number of systems hereunder. The purchaser may not transfer any rights granted under this License to any third party. This Software is licensed to be embedded for the purpose of obtaining output from service bureaux (i.e. in print files). This Software is not licenced for embedding in any portable document formats, or for distribution in any embedded form. You agree that you will not modify, alter, dissassemble, decrypt, reverse engineer or decompile the software.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As allowed by law, PrsenceTypo will not be liable for lost profits, lost data, or any incidental or consequential damages, or any damages caused by abuse or misapplication of the software.
TERMINATION
This Licence may be terminated by PrsenceTypo if the purchaser fail to comply with the terms of this Licence and such failure is not remedied within thirty (30) days after notice from PrsenceTypo. When this licence expires or is terminated, the purchaser will destroy all copies of the software as requested.
