When this license refers to 'these typefaces' it applies to any typeface in any format designed and manufactured by The Classic Font Company' These include: Abby, Amadeus, Batard, Bede, Byro, Carol, Classic, Copper, Doodles, El-Cid, Frameworks, Karen, Prima, Priory, Savoy, Scriptoria, Theodore and Tuscany. Plus all their individual weights

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using these typefaces. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by The Classic Font Company your installation and use of these typefaces indicates your acceptance of this License.
If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install these typefaces. If you paid a distributor return these typefaces within thirty (30) days of purchase, for a full refund of your payment. You will have to provide a sign a statement to the effect that you have not copied or installed these typefaces or have a copy of them in your possesion.
These typefaces may either be used by a single person who uses them personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both. This is not a concurrent use license.
You may access these typefaces through a network, provided that you have obtained an individual license for each workstation that will access these typefaces through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access these typefaces on the network, each workstation must have its own license, regardless of whether they use these typefaces at different times or concurrently.
THESE TYPEFACES, AND ALL ACCOMPANYING FILES, DATA AND MATERIALS, ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT.
ANY LIABILITY OF 'THE CLASSIC FONT COMPANY' WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. IN ADDITION, IN NO EVENT SHALL 'THE CLASSIC FONT COMPANY', OR ITS PRINCIPALS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR PARENT ORGANIZATIONS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATING TO THE USE OF THESE TYPEFACES.
This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this Agreement shall be in courts of the United Kingdom, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on these typefaces. You may not make access to these typefaces available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business.
