This DTP Types Limited End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DTP Types Limited for the DTP Types Limited Software accompanying this Licence, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and \"on-line\" or electronic. By exercising your rights to make and use copies of the software product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this licence.\r

Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect this Software. The Software is licensed, not sold.\r

1. This Licence grants you the following rights:\r
You may install this Software on no more than 5(five) workstations on a single site (a site being of a specified postal address). A Licence to extend the number of workstations is available from MyFonts.com or directly from DTP Types Limited.\r

You may not reproduce or distribute any copies of the Software to a third party for any reason whatsoever. Not for temporary use by a third party or by implied transfer of this Licence.\r

2. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly:\r
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.\r

Restrictions on Alteration. You may not rename, edit or create any derivative works from the Software, other than subsetting when embedding them in documents.\r
Software Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under this licence to any other third party.\r

Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, DTP Types Limited may terminate this Licence if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Licence. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.\r

3. COPYRIGHT. DTP Types Limited or its suppliers own all title and copyrights to the Software (including but not limited to any images, text, and \"applets\" incorporated into the Software), the accompanying printed materials and any copies of the Software. Copyright laws and international treaty provisions protect the Software therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.\r

LIMITED WARRANTY\r
NO WARRANTIES. DTP Types Limited expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software. The Software and any related documentation is provided \"as is\" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software remains with you.\r

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.\r
In no event shall DTP Types Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this DTP Types Limited product, even if DTP Types Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.\r

MISCELLANEOUS\r
If you acquired this product in the United Kingdom, the laws of the United Kingdom govern this Licence.\r
If this product was acquired outside the United Kingdom, then local laws may apply.\r
