This package contains products ("Products") and related documentation ("Documentation"). The term "Products" shall include but not be limited to Application Software, Font Software, Utility Software, Graphic File Formats such as EPS, JPEG, TIFF or GIF. This package may include upgrades, modified versions of Products and of those licensed by Australian Faces. Australian Faces gives you a non-exclusive license to use the Product and Documentation, provided that you agree to the following and other License provisions as revised from time to time. Check AustralianFaces.com for up-to-date product information regularly.

1: Use of the Product. You may use the Product as described on the number of workstations permitted (see Number of Workstations notice), or use the Product over a network or intranet provided the number of workstations/cpu do not exceed the total permitted. You may make one (1) backup copy of the product on the same media format.

2: Product Software. You may use the Product as described on the Number of Workstations permitted and the Product on output device connected thereto as allowed (see Number of Workstations notice). You may supply one (1) copy of the Product to a service bureau or commercial printer provided such discloses the particulars of their purchase of grant of license to use such Product in the format supplied. If the Product be an illustration or image other than numeral figures or letterforms, punctuation marks, diacritics &tc., you may NOT use the Product in such a manner that the illustration or image becomes the primary aspect or valuable feature of a product intended for resale, trade mark or service mark. If additional Number of Workstations are required to use the Products than normal grant of license, you must contact Australian Faces and seek additional grant of license to cover such Number of Workstations.

3: Copyright. The Product is owned by Australian Faces or its suppliers, and its structure, code and organisation are the valuable trade secrets of Australian Faces or its suppliers. The Product is protected by Copyright Law and other International Treaty protection provisions. The Product nor its Documentation may NOT be copied (except as above in Use of Product). Any copy you are permitted to make (as above) must contain the same copyright and proprietary notices within, on or as supplied with the product and as updated on AustralianFaces.com. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt discovery of the Product source code. You are not granted right to intellectual property of the Product in any manner whatsoever including the right of Trade Mark ownership or of any use of Trade Marks.

4: Transfer. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, embed or lend the Product or Documentation. Where the Product is supplied for multiple operating systems, use is limited to the total Number of Workstations permitted.

5: Limited Warranty. Australian Faces or its suppliers warrants to you that the Product should perform substantially according to the Documentation for a thirty (30) day period after receipt of the Product. No express purpose or suitability of this product or its fitness for particular use is promised or implied. Remedy is completely at the discretion of Australian Faces. Additional Information.

Utility Software, illustrations or other graphic file formats: license for use on only one (1) workstation/cpu in one (1) organisation in one (1) location only, in conjunction with only one (1) output device connected thereto. Consumer Rights. Rights of consumers under common law and under local jurisdictions may apply and this agreement does in no way contradict or void other rights or obligations under law. Note that all Trade Marks and Service Marks are the property of their respective owners; no ownership or association is implied.
