End User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, PROMPTLY REMOVE THE SOFTWARE FROM YOUR MACHINE.

1. Copyright
This software program (the font "software") is owned by Rae Kaiser, Outside the Line Design and is protected by United States and international copyright laws and international trade provisions.

2. License
This Agreement grants you right to use the software on a maximum number of user computers (or single terminals or workstations of a multi-user computer or local area network) equal to the number of users specified on the applicable receipt.

3. Copy Restrictions
This software and any accompanying written materials are copyrighted and are proprietary products of Rae Kaiser, Outside the Line Design. You may make one copy of the software for backup or archival purposes. All other copying of the software or written materials is expressly forbidden.

You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, copy, transfer, rent, lease, sublicense, lend or other-wise use the software except as expressly stated in this agreement.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty on Software.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Software is at your sole risk. The Software is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind; RAE KAISER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY RAE KAISER OR MYFONTS.COM SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5. Limitation of Liability.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL RAE KAISER AND/OR MYFONTS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LICENSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. In no event shall Rae Kaisers total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid for this License to the Software.

6. Controlling Law and Severability.
This License shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion hereof, to be unenforceable, the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect.

7. Complete Agreement.
This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by Rae Kaiser.
