By using or installing this font data, you (or you on behalf of your employer) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and Patty Whack Fonts.

Number of Users: In consideration for the license fee paid, Patty Whack Fonts grants to you only, the Licensee, the non-exclusive, nontransferable right to use and display the font data. If you are using this product for your work, this agreement applies to your employer. Patty Whack Fonts may be used on up to five (5) CPUs at your site connected to any number of printers or other image producing devices (regardless of resolutions) at your own site. You may make one (1) copy of the Patty Whack Fonts font data solely for backup purposes provided the copyright and trademark notices are reproduced in their entirety on the backup copy.

Service Bureaus: You may send a copy of any Patty Whack Fonts font data along with your documents to a commercial printer or other service bureau to enable the editing or printing of your document, provided that such party agrees to delete the font or fonts from his/her/their system upon completion of your project.

Portable Documents and Web Fonts.

a) No embedding of the actual font outlines, original or modified is allowed. If you wish to use a Patty Whack Fonts font for a portable document, it must be made into a jpeg or other image format and embedded in that format into your portable document.

Restrictions. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Patty Whack Fonts font data without Patty Whack Fontss prior written consent. You may not sell PFRs or EOTs created with any Patty Whack Fonts font data to a third party.

Embedding issues: Any software, EPS file, illustration, or anything derived from Patty Whack Fonts fonts or font software must be used according to the original licensing terms. This means, for example, that any modified Patty Whack Fonts font, or any outline information derived from any Patty Whack Fonts font is still licensed for the same number of devices as the original and may not be sublicensed, given away, or sold without written permission from Patty Whack Fonts. Patty Whack Fonts is responsible for technical support of its officially distributed fonts only and is not responsible for modified and/or regenerated software or software obtained in violation of this license. This license does not permit any form of embedding or encrypting of Patty Whack Fonts fonts in digital documents or any other form including, but not limited to, PDF documents, CD Rom documents, computer games, web pages, etc. If embedding of Patty Whack Fonts fonts is desired, the user must obtain written permission from Patty Whack Fonts and must represent and warrant that licensees encryption of the embedded Patty Whack Fonts fonts is secure enough to prevent any access or use by anyone.

Copyright. The Patty Whack Fonts font data is copyrighted; unauthorized copying of Patty Whack Fonts is expressly forbidden. You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of Patty Whack Fontss intellectual property rights that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement. Additionally, Patty Whack Fonts reserves all rights not specifically granted to Licensee.

Termination. This Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated, you agreed to destroy all copies of the font data in your possession.

Disclaimer and Limited Warranty. For a period of 30 days after delivery, Patty Whack Fonts warrants that the font data will perform in accordance with the specifications published by Patty Whack Fonts. PATTY WHACK FONTS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. PATTY WHACK FONTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FONT DATA IS FREE FROM ALL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

PATTY WHACK FONTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PATTY WHACK FONTS FONT DATA. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, this limitation may not apply to you.

Export: LICENSEE shall not re-export or transfer, whether directly or indirectly, the Patty Whack Fonts font data to anyone outside the United States of America without first obtaining a license from the United States Department of Commerce or any other agency or department of the United States Government, as required.

Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

GENERAL.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
