Make sure you have completed the settings of "Product Category", "License Agreement Template" and "Pricing Plan Template" before you publish your products.

Prepare font files, copyright certificates, sample drawings (can be created on the platform or automatically generated by the platform).

I. Release font family

If your font family contains multiple styles (such as bold, fine and other font weights), you are recommended to release fonts by family, you can release all the fonts under the family in a family package, and customers can purchase the family package directly according to their needs, or purchase a few font licenses in the family package.

In the merchant center - product management page, click on the right side to enter the "publish font family" process.

1、Upload fonts. You can upload font files in bulk (TTF, OTF, TTC, FON and other formats), or upload compressed packages (ZIP, RAR, 7Z and other formats, note that the compressed package can not have a password or sub-volume compression), please edit the information contained in the font file before uploading, such as font name, version number, copyright information, trademark information, etc.

①Family name: The system will automatically read the family name of the font file, note that the family name of all styles must be consistent, if not please modify or delete the font style manually.

②Style name: The system will automatically read the style name of the font file, note that the style name of the same family must not be duplicated, if there is duplication please check if the same font is uploaded repeatedly, you can delete the duplicate font or modify the wrong style name.

③Copyright proof: upload the copyright proof of the font, the allowed copyright proof includes: Certificate of Work Registration, Certificate of Computer Software Copyright Registration, Certificate of Copyright Deposit, and Copyright Commitment Letter.

④Set Price Plan: Click the drop-down box to expand your pricing plan template library, select a set of pricing plan for each style, and check the box to populate the current price plan to the other styles below.

⑤ View details: Click to view the specific pricing plan for the style, you can also modify the price in the details, but we do not recommend modifying the price in the details, if you need more pricing plans, we recommend that you go to the "Pricing Plan Templates" page to add more pricing plans.

2、Set up the font package. The system will be the same family of all styles of fonts to form the default font package.

① Set the name of the font package, the font package name is "family name + custom text", you can fill in the content of custom text, such as: "font A full family" in the "full family" is the custom text.

②Check the current font package contains the font style, number.

③Set the price ratio, that is, the discount of the font package, the font package price = the total price of all styles in the package * price ratio, 100% means no discount.

④View the details, click "Expand Details" to view the detailed price plan of the current font package, you can also modify the selling price here.

⑤Add new font package, you can add more font packages for the same family according to your needs, such as "Font A Bold Font Package", "Font A Fine Font Package", etc. Other settings of the new font package are the same as the full family font package.

3、Fill in the basic information of goods

①Select the brand of goods, if you operate more than one brand, please select the brand to which the goods you upload belong.

②Upload the product display chart, please upload the font sample chart, if you have not yet designed the sample chart, you can click , the platform provides some sample templates, background images and other materials for you to quickly generate the sample chart, you can also choose to automatically generated by the system sample chart, click here to view the display template library use tips.

③Commodity introduction, please introduce the characteristics of the font, applicable scenes and other information.

④Check the product classification, font language, usage and other information.

⑤ Fill in the product label, the label will be displayed in the product details page

⑥Select "immediate shelf" or "in the warehouse", select immediate shelf platform will receive your shelf request, the platform review your goods will be displayed in your store, select "in the warehouse "You can edit or shelf operation in the "product management" page.

Ⅱ、batch release fonts

If you have more than one single style font, we recommend you to use the batch publishing function，In the Merchant Center - Product Management page, click on the        ，Enter the "Batch Publishing Fonts" process. The batch publishing process is basically the same as the publishing family. When publishing in batches, you need to upload the copyright certificates of all fonts. Please ensure that the file names of the copyright certification files are consistent with the font names. Currently, batch publishing fonts is temporarily Generate font package function is not supported.
